My husband and I stopped here during our cruise stop. The staff was all very nice and we found a really nice watch. After leaving I noticed an issue with the watch and reached out to the store. Prem messaged me back promptly, I provided a receipt and he made sure to make the situation right. The store is really nice and I am very happy with the customer service. We will definitely check them out our next time to ocho Rios
