It was beyond my expectations. Saw them in IG and loved their John Hardy collections. Reached out to them via well organized website. Prem responded within a few hours. Sent my favorite from their website, drove down to Ochi to meet them, parking was made available for me, meet and greet with refreshments, met Venice who had my selection ready. Wanted the matching earrings, they sourced it in Mo Bay for me
