I had a great experience with Prem and Ann-Marie. I purchased a titanium heart shaped hook bracelet that I call my “One Love” bracelet. One Love is pretty and light weight. Prem responded quickly when I submitted my wishlist through the website AND offered to pick me up from the resort to bring me to the store OR bring the pieces to me at the resort.
