Prem and his staff are fabulous to work with! After spotting a pair of earrings on their website, I emailed the Montego Bay shop to check on availability. Prem and his team responded very quickly, answered all my questions, and even held the earrings for me.
My husband was traveling to Jamaica to visit family and isn’t much of a shopper, but Prem and his team made the entire experience pleasant, easy, and efficient. Their excellent customer service made a big difference, and we truly appreciated their help. Highly recommended!
